Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward emails from one mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply choose the email box you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
